Contest
Every other week (for now) we will have a Farmville Art Contest for which FarmvilleArt.com will provide $15 in prize money. $10 for first place, $5 for second place. As the site grows we will be able to offer bigger prizes, but for now it is what it is. Once a month we will have a challenge competition where you will be called upon to produce Farm Art of a specific nature or theme.
Submissions will be made as follows: You will comment on ANY POST and be sure to include your name and email address. There will be a box at the bottom that will allow you to upload your photo. The comment WILL NOT actually ever appear, it will be placed in a queue where I will then take it into consideration, and the photo will be posted and you will be given credit for your creation.
The winner will be determined by administrators of the site only. There will be no public voting whatsoever, and the word of the site is final.
Submissions will be judged on a number of criteria, including but not limited to: originality, technique, inventiveness, subject matter, overall likability, wow factor, etc.
You may submit ONLY ONE PHOTO of your farm per contest. Anyone caught violating this rule will be banned from the contest forever. Your IP addresses will be logged so I’ll be able to tell, and if you really want to go so far out of your way as to use different IPs just to win $10 then god bless you.
YOU MUST ONLY SUBMIT YOUR OWN WORK. Anyone caught submitting work that isn’t their own will be banned from the contest.
You will retain any property or copyright rights to any image you submit. You will still own all rights to the image, however you agree to allow FarmvilleArt.com to display the image on it’s site or in advertisements for the sites.
While in most cases images uploaded will be posted within a day, please allow up to several days for the images to appear on the site.
The contest winners will be decided within 7 days after the contest ends.
